At MAC Ansar, we recognize that meaningful employment is a cornerstone of successful resettlement and long-term stability. Our Employment Services program supports evacuees and newcomers in finding sustainable work opportunities across Ontario, helping them build both their livelihoods and confidence.

Career Coaching & Mentorship
Evacuees are matched with experienced mentors who guide them through job searching, interview preparation, and long-term career planning tailored to their goals and backgrounds.
Resume & Job Application Support
We help participants craft standout resumes and cover letters that meet Canadian standards and reflect their unique skills and experiences.
Employer Networking & Job Matching
We connect newcomers with inclusive employers across Ontario who are ready to welcome and support diverse talent.
Who Is It For?
This program is tailored to support evacuees and displaced individuals from Gaza, Sudan, and other crisis regions who are now rebuilding their lives in Ontario. We serve youth, adults, and families who are ready to pursue new opportunities in the Canadian workforce.
