At MAC Ansar, we understand that rebuilding your life in a new country comes with emotional challenges. Our program offers free, confidential, and culturally sensitive mental health support to help evacuees and newcomers manage stress, anxiety, and emotional hardships.

What We Offer

Confidential Counselling

We offer free one-on-one counselling sessions tailored to:

  • Anxiety and stress

  • Trauma and grief

  • Depression and emotional regulation

  • Family and relationship difficulties

Sessions are completely confidential and conducted in a supportive, safe space.

Group Support Sessions

Join group discussions designed to:

  • Build a sense of community

  • Share experiences with others

  • Learn stress-relief and wellness strategies

Wellness Workshops

Interactive workshops cover topics like:

  • Mindfulness and self-care

  • Managing stress and daily mental health

  • Understanding mental health resources in Canada

These are practical, easy to follow, and adapted for newcomers.

We’re proud to partner with Ruh Care — a trusted mental health platform that offers free virtual therapy for evacuees and newcomers through MAC Ansar.

Through this partnership, you can connect with qualified therapists who:

  • Understand cultural and migration-related challenges

  • Provide personalized, professional support online
